In accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the Qualicum Beach Chamber of Commerce, nominations are now open for the Qualicum Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
  1. The completed nomination forms must be received by the Chamber of Commerce office prior to 5:00 PM on Friday, October 17, 2016 to be considered by the Nomination Committee.
  2. The Nomination Committee will complete their review and make recommendations in accordance with Qualicum Beach Chamber of Commerce Bylaws
  3. Ballots with your candidate profile will be sent to each voting delegate by October 24th and must be returned to the Chamber office no later than Friday, November 7.
  4. The ballots will be counted on Monday, November 10th at 5:30pm and the Board will be installed at the Annual General Meeting and President's Dinner on Wednesday, November 16th.
