MS Computer Science faculty present research opportunities at student event

What could have been a rather dry event took a fascinating turn as MS Computer Science faculty shared their research and projects both inside and outside the classroom with prospective and new students at a recent event hosted by CI Extended University. Human/computer interaction, data mining using health and social sciences software, algorithms and cyber security, computational topology and dynamics, robotics and the seemingly unlimited commercial uses for unmanned aerial systems were offered as some of the research possibilities - and career possibilities - awaiting students in the program.  To see just a small piece of what you missed, check out Dr. David Claveau's "robots and human emotions" videos.
