Topline Trends

The most popular trends reported from the 2011 data show that IDEA trainers continue to incorporate small, portable equipment into small-group training sessions that focus on body weight leverage training, functional resistance training and balance training. The results further show that these trainers believe specialized client populations, such as older adults and those in need of weight management or back pain prevention programs, are growing. This, in turn, means that professionals need more continuing education to remain current and effective in their service.
With a little help from STOTT PILATES workshops, you can jumpstart this season with plentiful aspirations, pride and ambition. Wherever your mind-body fitness journey takes you - let us lead the way! Our mission is to provide high-caliber Pilates education to help you achieve your goals. Enhance your fitness career with our "ivy league" courses and workshops.

ONLY 1 SPOT LEFT!!! Call today!
Why take the ISP Course (Injuries & Special Populations)?
How often have you encountered people who choose Pilates because they have special conditions or limitations? Many people come to us because they hear about the benefits of Pilates and they see us as the experts who can use Pilates to help them fix (or work around) their physical limitations. STOTT PILATES® training and certification is comprehensive, but ISP teaches us specifics of what we can/cannot do. That makes taking ISP a must for all Instructors.
Don't miss this opportunity to learn from
Dr. Kim Dunleavy
Lead Instructor Trainer.
ISP can be taken after either Intensive Mat-Plus or Reformer.

FACT: You cannot be fully certified or a great teacher unless you have taken ISP!
