Dr. Loring’s iPSCs research is fueling powerful, cutting-edge investigations of new therapies for Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis and the underlying cause of autism. In addition through her work with The Stem Cell Zoo, she is applying her iPSCs research to explore ways to potentially repopulate endangered species such as the Northern White Rhino.
Dr. Ben Borowsky & Robert Klein also will receive the Volunteer Advocacy Award for their long-time support for Missouri Cures.
