October is a busy month at BYX! Mini clinics are back, you can party with fellow yogis for a good cause, and we've got opportunities for you to take intermediate classes and a pop-up Pyropilates class. October is great at BYX!

Mini Clinic

October 8th 5:00pm
(following the 3:30pm class)

Learn more about the postures you practice!

 Come ask questions about technique, or show us your posture for individual feedback.
Casual, non-heated environment.

Mini Clinics are FREE to EVERYONE!

The mini clinic will be one hour long and cover 2-3 postures.  Clinic will be led by Kristin.
CFDP Fundraiser

Party time... "off the mat"!



It's always nice to spend time with fellow yogis "off the mat"!  Kim Cermak will be hosting an African Dinner Event to benefit 
 Cameroon Football Development Program

CFDP is a n organization dedicated to changing the lives of youth through soccer by promoting:
  • life skills
  • health education
  • leadership skills
  • gender equality
On Saturday evening, October 7,

Intermediate Classes

BYX is hosting a training for teachers
October 15-21. As part of that training, we will be offering Intermediate classes on those days. 

The intermediate classes will be open to everyone, although i t is recommended that you have a strong understanding of the Bikram beginner class before participating in the intermediate class.

Pop Up Pyropilates Class

PyroPILATES is a low impact training system that combines pilates-based deep core strengthening with challenging cardiovascular High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for an intense, fun workout that increases strength and stamina. And, of course, there'll be heat and music!
Class will be taught by certified Pyropilates instructor Susanne Rosenberg.
