Hope you've been doing well.
Here is this month's useful information for you...
"Do You Need A Structural Engineer's Report?"
Depending on a home's foundation condition, a structural engineer's report may be required either by the home owner, home buyer, a foundation repair contractor, the lender or an appraiser.
The standard structural report includes a visual inspection and taking relative foundation elevation measurements using a special foundation level.
This is where Charles Page, PE, owner of PAL Engineering Inc. comes in. Charles and his company of trained field technicians will give you easy-to read reports usually within two days. He understands the time crunch during a sales contract period including weekends and holidays anywhere in the Metroplex.
Charles Page, PE is state-licensed in structural and mechanical engineering with over 18 years experience and a perfect record with the Texas PE Board in Austin.
You can call me direct since I am one of his field technicians or you can call Charles direct at
972-268-4140 or his office 972-935-9453 in Waxahachie. You can also email him direct at CharlesPageJr@gmail.com.
