Resisting Assisting:
The Art of Yoga Adjustments and the Ethics of Touch
The use of touch in our yoga classes is not a right but a privilege.   It is up to the teacher to determine the correct time, the right student, and indeed, whether it is justified at all to place our hands on them. The workshop will include partner work, solo study and demonstrations.  If you are a teacher or a teacher in training you'll want to join John Berg as he leads you through an amazing four hours. Please bring writing materials as well as an open, compassionate mind!
