Help a Child in Need!

Donate to Our Sew Kind Fabric Drive This Month

Stack up your reusable fabrics and bring them to your nearest Pacific Fabrics before February 29th.

Fabric Drive Kids Thank You

Here's how it works:

Bring in clean, reusable, child-friendly 1/2 yard or larger pieces of cotton, flannel or fleece fabric in good condition. For every total yard of fabric you donate, we'll reward you with a coupon good for 5% off your next purchase up to a total of 20% off.

Fabrics donated will be stitched into handmade blankets at our April/May Sew Kind Quilting Bees to benefit Project Linus and other charitable
organizations.

This is your chance! It's an easy way to clean out, get a discount to shop with and give back by making a difference in the life of a child in need. Please tell your friends and neighbors, too and we'll see you soon!

HOT for Spring

Our buyers carefully study seasonal fashion trends, then scour showrooms across the country to find fabulous fashion fabrics for you! Here's what's HOT for Spring:

  • COLOR! Jewel Tones, Rainbow Brights and Color Blocking. Look for shiny satins, saturated hues, drapey, silky-soft intense solids paired with neutrals like black or white.
  • Missoni Look Knit Fabric
Missoni look knit available at our Sewing Expo booth and in our stores.
COOL TONES - Green is back! Kelly, Tropical and Apple  Green along with Misty Turquoise and can't miss Regal Orchids.
  • WARM HUES - Persimmon Orange, intense shades of Pinks and Corals, Striking Purples and Dandelion Yellow.
  • NEUTRALS & PASTELS - White is the perfect base for Spring 2012. Look for it in sportswear and fluid, romantic lace and silk. Soft Creme Brulee tones and pastels in Lime, Rose and Dreamy Blue create a wonderful palette when paired with soft neutrals.
  • THE LOOKS - Longer Skirts, Fuller Pants, Peasant Styles, Tea Dresses and Caftan Shapes along with Button-Down Shirts and Dresses, Layered Tunics, Pretty Tops and Feminine Flourishes. Whatever your style, you'll find a look and colors that suit you and your passions!

Our Fashion Faves

Once in a while we find a fashion pattern that we can hardly wait for you to see. This year, there are two! You'll find these both at our Sewing Expo booth and soon at our stores.

The Aurelia Cardigan is an amazingly simple design with amazing versatility. Make the "ruffly skirt pieces in separate colors or fabrics. Coordinate the neckline ruffle with the skirts or add a contrast. Leave off a skirt piece for a different look and make the sleeves any length you please. Combo those options with a wide variety of suitable fabrics and you've got everything you need for a wardrobe of Spring/Summer Cardigans.

The Abbey Coat

The Abbey Coat pattern offers a stunning, flattering retro look that lends itself well to Spring weight wools, Ponte knits or cool Canvas. Make it short or long, and your "what-to-wear" Spring coat problems will be fashionably solved.

Caitlyn Bag pattern

We have two picks for new Spring bags, too. The Easy Peasy Grommet Bag shown in our into block above and The Caitlyn Bag shown here. Betz White, designer of the Caitlyn pattern has a way with fabric and design that makes it easy for you to combine your own colors and prints and be successful every time! Look for both of these great bag patterns in our booth and at our stores.
