Chef Laurent and his team will prepare four dishes for you, sharing recipes and expertise for you to take home and apply in your own kitchen. Feel free to ask questions in the open and relaxed format. Our audio/visual set-up features flat screen monitors, making it even easier to follow Chef in action and ensure you don't miss a single step in the cooking process!
