Regional and State Executive Council Interview Training: Location Change |
State and Regional Executive Council application and handbooks have been posted to the
Ohio FCCLA Website
. All applications due March 29, 2017.
There will be an interview training held for all candidates interested in running for Regional or State Executive Council on:
- March 25, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M.
- Staybridge Suites - 3125 Olentangy River Road, Columbus, Ohio 43202
- Registration fee for this event is $25.00 (lunch provided)
Please complete the
registration form
and submit a check for $25.00 to Ohio FCCLA, 25 South Front Street, MS #611, Columbus, OH 43215.
This training is not required but is recommended for all Regional and State Executive Council Candidates.

Service Learning Portal Deadline |
The Service Learning Portal will close at midnight on March 15, 2017. Any hours tracked in the portal must take place between May 1, 2016 and March 1, 2017.

State Leadership Conference |
The State Leadership
Conference At a Glance has been posted on the State Leadership Conference tab along with information on how your chapter can get involved in the State Service Learning Project. Step-by-step registration instructions will be posted prior to registration opening.
Registration will open March 20, 2017 through April 10, 2017.
Conference registration rates:
- Competing and Non-Competing Student - $30.00
- Adviser and Guest - $15.00
CDE Rates:
- Culinary Team - $40.00
- All other CDE Entries - No additional cost
Parking:
- Parking Multi Entry - $15.00. School transportation vehicles do not require a pass.
On-site registration will be available for Non-Competing students, Advisers and Guests.

All photos for the Year in Review should be placed in the
folder by March 15, 2017.

State Qualifiers list will be posted on the Ohio FCCLA website no later than March 21, 2017. State Qualifiers will be uploaded into the registration system. All name changes can be made in the registration system.
|
This year all CDE participants will be required to complete an online orientation. This orientation will prepare them for the format of state competition. At the conclusion of the orientation, members must print off an orientation completion form and turn it into the lead at the time of judging in order to receive their 2 points for orientation. Online orientation will be posted on State Leadership Conference Page on April 1, 2017.

A list of number of voting delegates per chapter has been posted to the State Leadership Conference Page. Each voting delegate can only cast one vote for their chapter. A representative must be in attendance to cast each vote for each voting delegate a chapter receives.
