NLC Important Information 

Ohio Package Pickup:  This year the Ohio Package Polos and bags will be picked up at our state meeting on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 7:30 P.M.  All pins and tickets for state meeting will be mailed out next week to your local school.  If your pins and tickets need to be mailed to a different address please contact Cheryl Hamblin at Cheryl.hamblin@education.ohio.gov by Tuesday, June 23, 2015. 

 

Chapter Registration Pickup:  Each chapter adviser will be responsible for picking up their chapters registration at the national registration pick up area.

Healthy lunchtime Challenge Winner

Healthy Lunchtime Challenge Winner is an FCCLA member from Granville Middle School 

Granville Middle School student, Sydney Mazik, will never forget her 13th birthday.  After winning a national recipe contest, the eighth-grader will spend July 10, 2015 at the White House having lunch with First Lady Michelle Obama!

Sydney entered the Healthy Lunchtime Challenge in April and her recipe for S.S. Asparagus Pie (S.S. stands for spaghetti squash) was selected to represent Ohio at the Kids' "State Dinner," a special lunch at the White House.  For more information.
