Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition to join national Money Smart Week campaign

Save the date for Jump$tart's biggest week of the year, Money Smart Week. The week formerly known as Jump$tart Your Money week will be April 22-29 and will align the the national Money Smart model. The Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition has the following events planned:

Money Smart Week Kick-off Breakfast featuring Andrew Flinton, who will be presenting on how our economic and political climate impacts financial expectations (RSVP below)
Money Smart Rally at John Marshall High School featuring Detroit Lion and University of Oklahoma wide receiver Ryan Broyles (more information to come)
Member and partner events - let us know what your organization is planning for Money Smart Week

Jump$tart Advocacy
April 4, 2017
1 - 3 p.m.

Did you miss the first Jump$tart Advocacy day? Join us this Tuesday for a second trip to the Capitol to meet with legislators, share about the Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition and advocate for the issues important to you and your organization. A short training will be provided.

Members are also invited to attend the Financial Literacy Month Kick-off at the Capitol hosted by the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education and Oklahoma State Treasurer Ken Miller. This event will be held at 2 p.m. in the Blue Room.

Join the Coalition for the Money Smart Week Kick-off Breakfast to hear from Andrew Flinton with Retirement Investment Advisors and learn how our economic and political climate can impact financial decisions. The kick-off event will take the place of the April member meeting.

The breakfast is hosted by the Oklahoma City Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Register today!
