Greetings!

As we approach the final days of 2017, Child Foundation would like to thank you for being a part of our family and helping us achieve many goals and brake many of our own records this past year. For the first time we surpassed the number of children sponsored to well over 10,000. Thanks to you, we have seen more of these students continue to attend universities - a feat that seemed impossible for many of them prior to sponsorships from individuals like you.

In these last remaining days of 2017, we would like to ask you to help us achieve one last goal before the end of the year – to send the students of the earthquake hit region of Kermanshah back to school. We have already sent 16 Conex units to five villages. Your contributions will help us reach our goal of sending a total of 75 Conex units. The cost of each Conex, including shipping nd furniture, is $5,000. A sponsorship of a Conex unit will include your name or the name of a loved one at the entrance. A certificate of appreciation will be issued with the location of the unit. To participate, please donate here .

You have just until this Sunday, December 31st to donate to receive 2017 tax deduction benefits. Your donations will help us reach our goal, but will change and impact a child's life forever.

Thank you and on behalf of the Child Foundation staff, volunteers, and over ten thousand children we support, we wish you a very happy New Year!

Help Me Live Longer...
As part of our expanding children's medical program, Child Foundation has officially opened its medical office in Maleki Hospital in Mazar-e-Sharif to help children who suffer from thalassemia.

Thalassemia is an inherited blood disorder where the body makes an abnormal form of hemoglobin and can be fatal if not treated.

Child Foundation staff schedule blood transfusions and provide pre- and post- transfusion services. They also consult with families and help with needed medical kits. While the children are undergoing transfusion, staff members also work with the children during the process.

We encourage you to donate to our medical fund to help thalassemia children. We are looking forward to partnering with any organizations or individuals who can help us with funding, training, or medication to help thalassemia children.

Please contact us here or donate generously here .
Will you support us for school?

I am in the second grade and live with my mother elderly grandfather.

Unfortunately, due to various problems, I do not have a father figure in my life.

My mother and I struggle to meet our daily needs. Despite these difficulties, I work hard and stay motivated in school.

Please help me pursue my education through your sponsorship.

My name is Zaynab and I am 15 years old. I live in a remote village in the province of Bushehr. Unfortunately, my father and mother's serious illness has severely impacted our lives and livelihoods. Our financial difficulties have prevented two of my older sisters, who are very smart, from attending university. I am in the ninth grade and I am one of the distinguished students in my school. With your support and kindness I hope to continue my studies and pursue higher levels of education.
I am a distinguished  student that has competed and won the Mathematical Olympiad in Kerman province. Unfortunately, financial constraints have prohibited me to pursue further endeavors in this field. I live in Bam with my mother and sister, who is a university student. I would like to follow my sister's footsteps and attend university.
However, I fear that our financial situation will not allow for me to pursue my academic goals. Please help me continue my studies and attend university.
