Please note the following:
Sessions are 1-hour long.
Sessions held at 121 Fitness Center are open to everyone with photo ID.
Only first time participants in Intro workshops and 1 session per week per person.
Space is limited. If a session is closed, email

to be put on the wait list.
Sessions are free! However, there is a $5 late cancellation (within 12-hours) or no show fee.
