Time sure does fly!  It's hard to believe that it's been almost six weeks since we launched our first online module, Continuous Quality Improvement.  Congratulations to those of you who have completed the class.

We'd like to thank all of you who provided feedback regarding your experiences with the registration process and the class. We've gathered together some of the questions that you had, and have the answers for you below.

Q: Is it possible to put a progress bar at the end of each segment to show what percentage of the training is completed?

A: Great question.  We will try to include a progress bar in future classes.  In the meantime, remember that the menu on the left side of your screen will give you some idea of where you are in the class.

Q: Some of the videos were too fast. Can you make them slower?

A: We will certainly look at making the videos slower in the future.  But remember, you can stop a video at any time by clicking the Pause button beneath the video.

Q: Can I still access my certificate after I've completed the class?

A: Yes you can! Just log back into the class, using the same user name and password you used to access the class the first time, and click the Achievements link on the left side of the screen. Your certificate can always be accessed and printed from this screen.

Q: I need to access the class again, and forgot how. Can you help?

A:  Absolutely! You can always access available online classes from our webpage.  Click the link to the online training Home page and then click the desired class.

Q: The link that you sent me in the email doesn't work anymore, what can I do?

A: The confirmation/registration link can only be used once.  It cannot be shared, and if you click it once, it cannot be used again.  It is best to make sure that you fully complete the registration process once you've clicked the link, even if you don't plan to start the class right away. Don't forget to save your username and password.

That's it for now. Remember, if you have trouble accessing or viewing a training module, try changing your browser to Google Chrome or Firefox. Also, you can find tutorials, FAQs, and a sample online class on our webpage.  Keep the comments and questions coming, we love to hear from you!
