Your Opinion Is Needed!

Kamm's Corners Development Corporation (KCDC) and Bellaire-Puritas Development Corporation (BPDC) serve the western and eastern areas of the West Park neighborhood respectively. Recent changes to ward boundaries have expanded KCDC's service area into those formerly served by BPDC, and BPDC has expanded its service area further east, introducing new and different challenges to both organizations.

Please participate in a Neighborhood Visioning Meeting, as an opportunity for West Park residents to shape the future of this historic neighborhood through the collaborative work of these community development corporations.

Wednesday, August 6

6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

3430 Rocky River Drive at  River's Edge,

located just north of St. Joseph Academy

Meanwhile, please take an online survey accessed here. You are encouraged to complete the survey even if you plan to attend the meeting. Thank you for being involved in your neighborhood!

Let's Give Mary a Hand: Fundraising Campaign

In a peaceful grotto behind Franciscan Village, a shrine to the Blessed Mother built decades ago by the monks has fallen into disrepair. A 6-foot statue of Mary is in need of a new hand where the original marble was broken off mid-palm. A total of $5,000 is needed to restore the hand, make masonry repairs to the grotto, and install a new walkway for the elderly residents visiting the shrine. All contributions are tax deductible and can be mailed to Franciscan Village, Attention Grotto Restoration, 3648 Rocky River Drive, Cleveland, OH 44111.
