Q: I can't attend the conference but I still would like information from a few workshops.
A: No problem! We will have some of our most popular sessions recorded and available to view online in the future. Also, we have presentation handouts from the workshops. Just call our office at (800) 722-4673 after Monday, Aug. 6, to request materials be sent to you!
Q: Is there a shuttle service to the hotel?
A: Yes! We have partnered with SuperShuttle to provide conference attendees with a $10 discounted shuttle service to the resort. You must book in advance. To make your reservation now, click here.
Q: I need oxygen and a wheelchair rental. How can I make those arrangements?
A: Oxygen bottles and concentrators are available for rent from MetroCare Home Medical Equipment. Please contact Customer Service Manager Deborah Williams at (972) 647-0111, Ext. 106. If you need to rent a wheelchair or scooter for the weekend, please contact the Concierge Desk at the Gaylord Texan to arrange services. Call (817) 778-1000.

Scleroderma Program Needs Your Help
For Conference Attendees

The Scleroderma Patient-Centered Intervention Network, or SPIN, needs your help to develop a free, online program to help you manage your scleroderma.
We are looking for conference attendees living with scleroderma who can attend an hour-long session in Dallas during the conference. You will be asked about an online self-management program, potential topics, and how a program would be the most useful to people living with scleroderma.
Two sessions will be held and led by SPIN, a group of international investigators with experts from Canada, Europe and the U.S. You MUST sign-up in advance to be a part of this discussion group.
