Chef Terence Murphy, owner of We'll Juice Mobile, will be here leading a culinary workshop that we call: Very Vegan. This is more than an ordinary workshop! Asparagus Gazpacho w/ roasted bell pepper puree
Second course: Wheatberry and charred Summer squash salad with strawberry and flax seed oil vinaigrette
Third Course: Spiral golden beet pasta with seasonal green cashew pesto
Forth Course: Veggie Paella with seasonal veggie and mushroom medley
Desert: Avocado and chocolate mint and cocao raw ice cream
