Tenth Triennial Gathering theme set
"All Anew" is the theme for Women of the ELCA's Tenth Triennial Gathering in Minneapolis, Minn., July 13-16, 2017. The theme is supported by several biblical texts that speak of renewal. The churchwide executive board accepted "All Anew" as the theme following a July 20 conference call meeting.

ADULTS AT YOUTH GATHERING FOUND REFUGE, COFFEE
Hundreds of adults serving a
 s youth leaders at the gathering last month found refuge in the Women of the ELCA space where they relaxed, visited and drank about 168 gallons of coffee over the three-day event. They also heard presentations from local organizations working with victims of sex trafficking.
