Phillips, Ph.D., CPM®, an entrepreneur with more than 27 years of experience in the real estate industry! Before forming her own company in 1997, The Quadrillion, an international real estate advisory firm, Dr. Phillips served as vice president for two national real estate firms comprised of commercial, residential, and industrial properties.

In addition to her corporate consulting, Dr. Phillips serves as president for the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation and is an adjunct professor at Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as the New School of Architecture and Design. Dr. Phillips was recently named the 2015 CPM of the year by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
