Join us for the
LEADERSHIP GAME  at UNG Lunch on October 13th!
The Leadership Game is a fun, yet challenging experience designed to assist you and to better understand the core values and principles of healthy leadership. Playing this game with 6-12 others like-minded individuals will bring about positive change through communication and connection and introduce the timeless principles of the kind of leadership that creates great work-place culture and delivers impactful, positive results.
It's an assessment tool for communication skills. It's an assessment tool for leadership skills. It's an assessment tool for areas of growth. But unlike most tools, it's not a 20 page questionnaire that has you just checking off the ticky boxes. It's an assessment tool that plays like a game. Once you begin to play, you forget about the assessment part and just start having fun and connecting with the people around you.
Lorna Weston-Smyth
Join us as  Lorna Weston-Smyth Coach and Trainer, Independent Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team, will be sharing with us more about the Leadership Game and then facilitating a round or two for everyone in the room.
Lorna Weston-Smyth brings her years as a serial entrepreneur to businesses and professionals to help them grow to the next level. For some, that's an issue of being stuck in their own leadership or self-leadership, unable to make a commitment and follow through with it themselves or unable to lead their teams to where they want to go. For others it's been unlocking a limiting belief that's holding them back.

RSVP Annie Hardock at [email protected] or call 905-852-6686 to reserve your spot if you have not already done so.
