Travel with Or Shalom!

Explore the complex layers of Israel and Palestine with your community on a trip that will be spiritual, thought-provoking, and inspirational.

On our first-ever Or Shalom trip to Israel and Palestine, we will:
  • Meet the People - Encounter Israelis and Palestinians from the many diverse communities of Israel and Palestine. Learn about the inspirational cultural and political work that often escapes our headlines across the ocean.
  • Explore the Land - From the contemporary landscape of borders, checkpoints and security fences to the ruins of ancient Israel, to the natural beauty of desert and water, there is no better way to understand or appreciate a place than to be there in person.
  • Learn and Reflect - Our tour will include time and space for learning, spiritual practice, discussion  and  relaxation.

Third Friday Shabbat Service and discussion
with author (and member!) Bonnie Willdorf
Friday, June 15 @ 7:00 pm

Join us for a musical Shabbat Service followed by our very own Bonnie Willdorf to discuss her book, Dancing with Cancer
The book  comprises the real-time journals of Barry and Bonnie Willdorf, married 37 years, in which they share their harrowing journeys through not one but two stem cell transplants.

It's that time of year again!
