Another update -- several parishioners have signed up to bring things, but there are still many needs to be filled! Please select something that you can provide and bring it to the Undercroft kitchen by  Sunday 9/18. We can put the frozen items in the freezer. Cookies can be delivered by  Wednesday 9/21 noon so they can be put on platters.  

Important -- PLEASE reply to the e-mail addresses for Terry and Tessa given at the end of this e-mail rather than using the "Reply" function. Hitting "Reply" sends your response back to the office, and after noon on Friday, there will be no one to forwards your responses to the correct person and so no one will know who has offered to provide what until Tuesday morning, which is too late!

• 8 bags frozen Italian meatballs (150 count bag). (4 bags taken)
• 20 bags frozen Shrimp, jumbo, cooked, deveined, tails on (35 count bag) (2) bags taken
• 15 lb Roast beef deli thin/shaved sliced  (3 lb) taken 
• Swiss cheese 150 slices - taken care of
• 150 rolls Sister Shubert yeast rolls 2" square
• 6 - 1lb pkg cream cheese - taken care of
• 3 - 1lb box frozen, chopped spinach - taken care of
• 3 - 16oz can artichoke hearts - taken care of
• 2 - 2lb cans  Parmesan  cheese - taken care of
• 4 bags Tostitos scoops chips - taken care of
• Veggies: carrots, red pepper, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, celery 
• Lg. Bottle ranch dressing 
• Fresh fruit:  watermelon, strawberry (3-4 lg cartons), seedless red & green grapes (1 lg carton of each).
• 15 lb Little Smokies. (2 pkg taken)
• 3 - 10lb  bags red potatoes - taken care of
• Cheese cubes, assorted favors. 6 lbs
• Desserts:  assorted cookies, brownies, bar cookies, plus (3) red velvet cakes. - (2) cake taken care of and (1) offer of dessert cookies
• 15-20 bottles champagne (2 bottles taken)
• 6 large bottles red and white wines (assorted flavors ok)  - taken care of
• 3 large bottles of Ginger Ale -taken care of

We will need set up help, kitchen prep help, serve and cleanup help. Everybody is welcome! There's a job for everyone! Please let us know what you are can do to help and when you plan to be there.   
 
Our email addresses are listed below. Tessa plans to start some early cooking  on Tuesday afternoon, after  2:00 p.m. And we will start setting up tables on Wednesday about noon ( 12:00pm) and Tessa will be in the kitchen  on Wednesday around 2:00. So all helping hands please come when you can.   

Also, if you like you may give Tessa or myself cash or check donation to help cover some of the expenses for Zack's reception if you like or put donation in Alms bag and note the check for Zack's reception. We will be cooking  breakfast this Sunday, so you can give it to us at breakfast or after  10:45 church if you wish .
