Question: May I buy a milk crate from you and bring it each time I pick up my order? Answer: Yes, we will sell you a milk crate at our cost, $7.00 each 2. Question: If I forget my bags, may I borrow the grate and return it the following week? SALAD IN A MASON JAR
makes 2 salads
1 cup of cooked Quinoa
2 big handfuls of spinach
1 cup of chopped mushrooms
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup red onions diced
4 Tbsp balsamic vinegrette or dressing of choice
Layer ingredients in the jar as follows:
dressing
onion
mushrooms
tomaotes
quinoa
spinach
The most important part of layering is making sure the dressing and the spinach (or whatever "leaf" you choose) do not touch. As long as they stay separate , these salads can be made up to for days in advance and will stay fresh in the fridge with the lid on. When ready to eat just shake it up!
