Making the Connection: Weekend workshop
April 29&30, 2017
Registration for this event will close April 1, 2017.
When: 9:30am to 5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday. Please plan to arrive at 9:00am on Saturday for registration. Coffee, tea, snacks and lunch will be provided.
Where: Lascelles, QC. 45 minutes from Ottawa, ON.
Cost: $275.00. Light lunches included.
Note: Experience has shown that people having their own animals at workshops actually find them more of a distraction than a learning asset. Instead, we ask that you bring photos of your animal(s). These should be photos of living animals (they are easier to start off with when you are learning.) Edie Jane's animals will be available for you to practice with during the workshop, so you will be working in the presence of dogs, cats and horses. Also, please bring a notebook for taking notes as well as for writing down animal conversations.

Why: Message from Lauren...
"If you have taken the 'Making the Connection' workshop, you are welcome to take it again (many people take it twice), or continue with the 'Next Step' workshop, which is designed to help you move your skills forward. Some people, after taking the 'Making the Connection' workshop, feel that they need more help, and perhaps you feel that way too. This is normal, don't worry! Maybe you need more help with the techniques, or you want to build your confidence, or get some useful tips on practicing. Please take the 'Next Step' and bring all of your questions with you. I will work very hard to help you move forward. Also in this class you will have a chance to do a meditation to meet your Animal Communication Guide! This is fun and exciting, a unique opportunity. Do you want to know how to talk to wild animals? I will talk about how to do that, how to ground an animal, and how to raise your personal vibration so that more aspects of the animal world are open to you."

Accomodation:
Unless indicated, the events below are within easy commuting distance from Ottawa, but should you wish to stay in the area...
Wakefield, QC, which is 15 minutes away, has several motels, hotels and B&B's listed on its website. A look at the site will give you some idea of what the village has to offer: arts, entertainment, activities, restaurants, etc. It's an exciting place to visit!
With enough notice we may be able to accommodate you locally for approximately $40/night B&B. These will require pre-payment. They are usually shared occupancy, though we do our best to accommodate your needs. For information about these informal B&B's, contact
Edie Jane.
Airbnb offers several options in the Wakefield area.
Directions will be sent upon registration.
