TRACKING OUR COLLECTIVE PROGRESS

We are currently developing tools that will help us to measure our collective progress in making our community vision a reality. Earlier this year, over 70 community partners attended a Community Vision Score Card workshop to identify and select community-based performance indicators for measuring our success. We look forward to launching the Community Vision Score Card and sharing our progress results at this year's annual Our Future Hamilton Summit in November.
