Connecting with municipal leaders in West Niagara
HHS would like to thank the Town of Grimsby and Town of Lincoln municipal leaders for welcoming us to their recent council meetings. Growing and changing to provide the care our community needs
The Our Healthy Future (OHF) initiative is a redevelopment planning process that began in spring 2015. As of June 2016 we developed a vision for our future model of care and the facilities we’ll need to deliver that care. The vision was approved by the HHS Board of Directors and was then submitted to the Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant Local Health Integration Network andthe Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care for review. We will be working throughout 2017 to complete and receive approval from the LHIN and Ministry of Health for each part of our Stage 1 submission.
