I listened to a podcast that touched me deeply, I'm still thinking about it. I'd like to share it with you!
 
It was an interview with Brandon Stanton of Humans of New York by Arianna Huffington on her The Thrive Global Podcast

He talked about life and how our most precious commodity is time. Time is passing and we will never get it back. Therefore time is really what we should treasure most, yet we tend to focus on other things, mainly material things. The question really should be, "How do I want to spend my time?". We should focus on structuring our life so we can spend as much time as we can doing the things that we enjoy and bring us happiness. 
 
This is what has remained with me and I find myself at every moment asking myself, "Is this how I want to be spending my time?" 
 
 
It's an important question to ask ourselves, isn't it?

Teens will connect and celebrate themselves through movement, breath and meditation. Gain poise as you build strength, flexibility and balance. Improve self-esteem and self-awareness which will give you confidence in everyday life. Soothe away stress through peaceful meditation.

Develop long lean muscles in a workout with a strong focus on posture, alignment and breath using elements from Ballet and Pilates, taught in a supportive non-competitive atmosphere. This class will not only tone your body, it will also focus the mind.
 
Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise done with concentration and control. It's a full body workout with no impact on joints. The basis of Pilates is to build CORE strength - the girdle-like cylinder that wraps around the torso to support the back and bring in the waistline. It also improves, alignment, balance, coordination, circulation, flexibility and posture.
