HCC and Live Well Roll Out Programs to Impact Health and Wellness in the Communities We Serve.
Save the Date!
Buckner Project Connect is Saturday, April 29, 2017

P roject Connect is sponsored by the Health Care Collaborative (HCC) of Rural Missouri, which owns and operates the Live Well Community Health Center in Buckner. The program aims to connect underserved adults with needed resources. The one-day health clinic supports the uninsured and or underserved adults. All services are free.

Project Connect will be held in the same location as last year at First Baptist Church and the United Methodist Church (road closures are planned to facilitate the event).  It is not too late for a booth for those interested. Send an email to Bob Vickers, bob.vickers@hccnetwork for a Vendor Registration form.

Anyone wanting to volunteer or help with event planning is encouraged to email Bob Vickers for details. As always, we will serve anyone from any county who shows up but want people around Buckner to know we are there to serve them! HCC is asking for churches and other community groups to help gather items for Exit Bags such as t oilet paper, paper towels, deodorant, combs and brushes, as well as many other items.
