"To say that Donna and her team completely transformed the apartment would be the understatement of the year. She took an apartment full of clutter and mismatched furniture, and in the space of a few days turned into a veritable showroom. We received multiple offers and our clients were delighted."

Ways To Stay Hydrated This Summer
Without Drinking Water!
The heat is on as we're well into the prime time of summer with July almost behind us! The potential for dehydration rises with the temperatures, so knowing as many ways as possible to beat the heat's battle on your body's regulation system is crucial. What if you're not a big fan of drinking H2O? No sweat!!
Twenty percent of our daily water intake is derived from food, and fruit and vegetables are especially high in water content. Try focusing on those which contain 85% or more water such as lettuce (96%), cucumbers (95%), lettuce (96%) or tomatoes (94%).
Take advantage of summer fruits
At the top of the list for fruit are strawberries and watermelon (92%), Cantaloupe (90%), and peaches (88%). Be sure not to overdo it with this summer treat. Although fruit is a great source of water, it is also high in natural sugar which can add unwanted calories to your plate.
Grab an iced coffee
Despite popular belief, coffee isn't actually dehydrating. Some caffeinated drinks can cause a mild diuretic effect, coffee doesn't cause you to lose fluid. Instead your morning cup of coffee is 98% water, enough to leave you more hydrated than before ingesting. Everything is fine in moderation though. The side effects of too much caffeine can cause headaches, jitters, and insomnia.
Avoid excess amounts of alcohol
The more alcohol you ingest, the more your body will become dehydrated. This is because its intake can decrease the production of the anti-diuretic hormone which helps our bodies re-absorb water. For every glass of alcohol you consume, try combating the dehydration process by drinking a glass of water or a beverage high in electrolytes, such as coconut water.
To implement soup as a combatant to dehydration, stick with broth-based varieties. Most broth-based soups are loaded with salt aiding in your body's ability to retain water. For increased intake, add veggies high in water content such as celery or tomatoes!
