Dreams of being the next big deal to play professional football all starts with the 2018 15th Annual Rockford Football Training Camp.

This camp is designed to help create a solid football foundation for area youth at an early age.

All campers will receive a t-shirt, energy snack, and autographs from our pro football guest Instructors.

Local high school and college coaches will serve as instructors.

Season Dates: June 16 - August 4, 2018

Ages: 5-8; 9-11; 12-14

Location: Southwest Community Park

Skill level doesn’t matter when it comes to NFL Flag Football. Practices, at least two per week, are held in various schools and parks. Coaches and parents work as a team on practice dates and locations. The playing season consists of 6-8 games and playoffs.

Season Dates: May 21 - August 4, 2018

Ages: 5-8; 9-11

Our NFL Cheer cheerleaders only root for NFL Flag Football of Rockford! The purpose of NFL Cheer is to develop, organize, and promote cheerleading activities for our youth participants.

There are no tryouts; everyone is on the sidelines cheering, but squads differ in ability levels.
