It's that time again!  Remember to set your clocks BACK on Sunday, November 01st.  And, while you're thinking about that, I want to get you really thinking about YOU and your level of fitness too.  That's why, as you'll read below, I'd like you to join me for an evening of fitness testing. It'll be a reality "gut check" (literally) for some and, for others, it can be a baseline to use as a starting point as they embark on their fitness journey.

Please consider joining us for that evening and/or signing up for our final 6-Week Boot Camp Training Session for 2015.  On Monday, November 02nd, we'll begin a new 6-Week Boot Camp Session and I want you to think of this as an opportune time to re-focus your attention towards your health and fitness.

And, remember to make some time on your pre-Christmas planning calendar to take care of you!

Outdoor Boot Camp VS Gym Machine Workout!
Group Training I recently had a discussion with a Personal Training client on the benefits of doing an outdoor boot camp class versus a gym workout with machines.  It was interesting to hear their perspective on the perceived benefits, and drawbacks, for each of those options. Based on those comments, I believe now would be a prudent and appropriate time for me to share a bit of my passion and knowledge.

Fitness Testing
Fitness Test Heartbeat Are you interested in getting a better idea of your current level of fitness?  Come join us for an evening of invigorating fun and we'll give you a good indication of your capabilities.  It's a great starting point for getting a handle on your health and fitness!
This testing session is open to anyone and EVERYONE!  But, there are limited spots available. Contact the office ASAP to book your spot!

A follow-up fitness test is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, December 09th. EPORT

 Boot Camp Starts SOON!
Group Hike Our next Boot Camp  starts on Monday, November 02nd. We offer morning and evening classes with Mon/Wed/Fri and/or Tues/Thurs options.

There will never be a better time than NOW to make the commitment to invest in your health and fitness!

We have a 6-week progressive boot camp package for you! Check out the options available! 


All our boot camp classes enjoy an array of different styles of working out including cardio (this includes power walking) and strength training with weights and other equipment. We mix it up (along with working out at different locations) to keep it interesting and, yes, challenging.


This Training Session, we're offering the following class options:


- Monday / Wednesday / Friday - In Town - 9 - 10 AM  

- Monday / Wednesday / Thursday - In Town -  5:30 - 6:30 PM

- Saturday - YogaFit - VI Paddling Club gym  (Esquimalt)

- Sunday - Yogafit - Westshore - 9:30 - 10:30 AM 


Research has shown that a minimum of 3 workouts a week is optimal for achieving and maintaining a good level of fitness.  Mix and match classes, to fit your schedule, and get in at least 3 to 4 workouts a week.  And, if you don't feel you can commit to set classes each week, we also offer some drop-in options as well.


Remember, if our group boot camp classes aren't for you, we offer an array of Personal Training options too.


It's never too late to start and its never too late to try something new to you. We offer small group workouts so you get more of the one-on-one you deserve and need. I want you to feel good about your workout and feel strong and want more!
