The Proposed Oxy Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Project is now being called the Dominguez Advanced Recovery Project.
No matter what they call it, the invasion into our communy has not changed. The plans to operate 200+ oil wells in North Carson and refine it in South Carson are moving forward. This oil will be transported along Annalee Avenue where there is a residential community, Annalee Elementary and Curtiss Middle Schools.
