Forty COSTARS members and suppliers listened intently as Bruce Beardsley from PA Dept. of General Services (DGS), COSTARS spoke at a training session on Friday.

 

The training was designed to build collaboration between those who hold a COSTARS contract and potential suppliers. Beardsley broke down the importance and necessary steps to participate, as attendees learned tips on how to receive the best value, better utilize the program and work together to increase sales and lower costs.
