On March 16, 1968 , Lester H. Poggemeyer, P.E. opened an office in Bowling Green, Ohio, and began providing engineering services to public and private clients.  Today that two-man firm has evolved to an Employee-Owned company with 180 staff with 12 offices in Ohio, Michigan, and Nevada.

 

During this milestone year, we want to express our appreciation to our valued clients who have helped PDG services expand to include environmental, transportation, civil (site), structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, architecture, planning, construction administration/management and survey services.  PDG also has two subsidiary firms, Industrial Fluid Management, Inc. (IFM) and CM Works. IFM provides water and wastewater treatment services, design and optimization for public and private systems throughout the country.  CM Works, a subsidiary of PDG, operates from our Las Vegas office and provides construction management services to the Nevada Public Project Sector.  In addition, we are currently mentoring a minority-owned engineering firm, Consulting Services Logistics, LLC and a minority-owned contractor materials and equipment supply firm, Contractor Supply Logistics, LLC providing both with the financial and managerial support services as they work through start-up of operations.

 

We are very proud of the project funding assistance we have provided our clients, helping them obtain over $1.2 billion in grants and low-interest loans. We continue to dedicate staff to obtaining project funding for our clients.  We know that many projects will require more than one funding program to make a project financially viable.
