PEI Kids Welcomes Roslyn Dashiell, Executive Director

On Tuesday, September 16, PEI Kids welcomed our new Executive Director, Roslyn Dashiell. "Roz" has over 20 years of well-rounded experience in the corporate and nonprofit sectors, including spearheading infrastructure initiatives, grant writing, institutional marketing, compliance and reporting, budgeting, and staff and organizational management. Prior to joining PEI Kids, Roz was Business Manager/Program Administrator for Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County; and Director of Corporate and Community Relations for Gwynedd-Mercy College. She was also a grant writer for Opportunity Reconnect, Rutgers University's Walter Rand School of Public Affairs offender re-entry program.

Roz is an alumnus of Rutgers University and has a background in nonprofit management and volunteerism. She volunteers with the United Way of Greater Mercer County as a certified VITA tax preparer providing free tax preparation for low-income households. She also volunteers with Cathedral Kitchen as a weekend server.

"It is an honor to join a team of such dedicated professionals and to work for an organization that so deeply values the safety of our children," says Roz when asked about her new position. "I look forward to leading PEI Kids as the agency works to protect all children in our community from violence and abuse."

Please join us in welcoming Roz to our team. Roz can be contacted at [email protected] or 609-695-3739. We know Roz will become a valued resource in the Mercer County nonprofit community and will represent PEI Kids extraordinarily well!
