PERS Customer Service Center Experiencing High Call Volume
​The PERS Customer Service Center is currently experiencing a high volume of calls, leaving many of those trying to reach PERS on hold, with a busy signal, or needing to call back. We apologize for this inconvenience and are working diligently to answer all calls as they are received.

We ask for your patience as we work through the high call volume. If your question can wait until later in the week, please call us back. If being on hold is problematic or you continually get a busy signal, please consider submitting your question to customerservice@pers.ms.gov​. There is a wait time for e-mailed responses, but all e-mails are answered.
