Pick up Meadow Farms Food Items on Tuesday
Our Meadow Farms Fundraiser items will be delivered to Stillmeadow on
Tuesday at 10:00AM.
We request that anyone who purchased food items please come to the school after 10am on Tuesday to pick them up.

Wednesday is Tour Your School Day
Elementary school presentations and tours are scheduled at 10:30 am and 1:00 pm.
Middle and High school presentations and tours are scheduled at 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Parents of 5th graders are encouraged to visit their district Middle School as well as the magnet school, if they are interested. Please bring a Photo ID with you.

Don’t be a Turkey – Sign Up for Bingo!
The Turkey Bingo social event and fundraiser is THIS Friday, November 17th
Here's what you need to know:
- Doors open at 6:00 pm; Games begin at 6:30 pm
- Location: Stillmeadow Cafeteria
- Cost: $10 per person
- Cash Prizes for Bingo Winners!
- Great Raffle and Silent Auction Prizes, including baskets and teacher experiences
- Bring your own card markers or we will have stampers for sale
- Pizza will be sold for $2 per slice or pre-order for the whole family!
- There will be popcorn, water, juice and snacks for sale
- Space is limited to 300

We are seeking volunteers to staff the event (check-in, running bingo games, selling refreshments, etc.) and donate prize baskets.

Here's a new way to share contact information with the school community. Perfect for play dates, homework questions or just a hello!

Once you input your family information you will have access to the Stillmeadow directory.
Google Translate is available in the top left corner, for those who would like to access the site in another language.
You can also access the directory on your phone via the
Membership Toolkit
App, available through the App Store. You can also export the directory to PDF and print.
Families registered by Friday, Nov 17 will be entered into a special raffle at Turkey Bingo!

Lifetouch Fall Student Portraits Have Arrived
Retake Day is December 1
If you ordered a portrait package from Lifetouch during Fall Picture Day (October 20), your print orders will be coming home in student folders during the next few days.
If your order was incorrect or incomplete, contact Lifetouch Customer Service at
800-736-4753
to resolve the issue.
Lifetouch photographers will be at Stillmeadow on
Friday, December 1
for fall photo retake day.
Who should participate in photo retake day?
- Students who were absent on the original photo day, whether they are purchasing a photo package or not.
- Any student who was dissatisfied with his/her photos from the October 20 picture day. To be photographed on retake day, students MUST return their original photo package to the Lifetouch photographer. (Students should keep the class photo from the original photo package.) Students will receive a replacement photo package with the new photo approximately three weeks after the retake date.
- Any student who did not purchase a photo package on the original day and would like to purchase a package.

Raise Some Dough for Stillmeadow When You Eat at Cosi
The
Cosi
Restaurant on High Ridge Road is hosting a fundraiser for Stillmeadow on
Friday, December 1 from 4 to 9 pm.
To participate, simply present
this flyer
when you order, and Cosi will donate 25% of your total purchase (pre-tax, excluding alcohol) to our school.
Cosi is located at
1209 High Ridge Road
in the ACME shopping plaza near the Merritt Parkway. Cosi offers a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Check out the Cosi Stamford menu

Turkey Bingo
(November 17) Volunteers are needed to donate gift baskets for the raffle.
Volunteers are also needed to staff this annual Thanksgiving-themed bingo night, including help with check-in and selling raffle tickets. For more information please contact

Meet Children’s Author Chris Grabenstein at the Ferguson Library
Saturday, November 18th from 2:00 - 3:00 pm
