After-School Enrichment Activities: Registration Extended!

Stillmeadow is partnering with Flex Academies to offer after-school enrichment activities for Stillmeadow Students. The Fall 2018 schedule has something for every child, and all classes take place at Stillmeadow immediately after school.

The registration deadline has been EXTENDED until Friday, September 14th at 5pm.

Families can register online at https://flexacademiesstillmeadow.jumbula.com (Note: if you experience technical difficulties with online registration, try another browser or contact Karen below.)

Registration is low for some classes. Please register ASAP. Classes will be cancelled if we cannot meet minimum enrollment requirements.

Refer to the website for important program information, including:
Class schedules and descriptions
Registration tips
Answers to frequently asked questions (refund policy, scholarships, weather-related cancellations, etc.)

Classes begin the week of September 24th and end the week of December 17th. See website for exact dates.

New Arrival and Dismissal Procedures

Please make note of Stillmeadow's arrival and dismissal procedures:

Arrival:

Effective Wednesday, September 12th, parents walking with children should say goodbye at the cafeteria entrance.
Parents should not park in the spots directly across from the cafeteria doors, as this disrupts traffic flow and creates safety issues for pedestrians.
If you are dropping off your child from the car line, please follow the rolling line of cars.
Drive slowly and watch for pedestrians.
Visitors must exit the building by 8:10 am unless attending a meeting or school function.

Dismissal:

The building will be closed to visitors from 2:15 to 3:00 pm daily.
Parents who do not want to wait in the car line should meet their children at the cafeteria doors.
Anyone exiting their car to pick up their child must utilize a parking spot. Children cannot be picked up in active traffic lanes.
Please do not park in the spots directly across from the cafeteria doors; as this disrupts traffic flow and creates safety issues for pedestrians.
If no parking is available at Stillmeadow, you must park at the church next door.
If you are picking up your child in the car line, please follow the rolling line of cars.

7 Day Rotation Schedule

Stillmeadow follows a seven day rotation for art, media, music, and physical education classes. To help you keep track of what day it is in the rotation, we've added a chart to the PFO website.

You may also download the seven day rotation schedule for September in calendar form by clicking here .

We maintain an online student directory to make it easier for families to communicate about play dates, school projects, and more!

You must register for the directory every year.

Please login and update your students' teachers in order to be included and have directory access.

Search the directory by name (parent, student, teacher) or grade
Directory is secure, password-protected, and available only to current Stillmeadow families
YOU control the information included for your family and can update your information anytime
