TARA RODEN TAKES LEAD IN 2014 PDP RACE

What appeared to be a quiet month in the 2014 PDP standings turned into a big move to the top by Gallagher's Canyon Golf & Country Club's Tara Roden.

Roden maximixed her yearly education points by taking a variety of courses and earning the full 20 points in that category to take her PDP total to 47 points, 13 more than second-place Myles Johnson of Spallumcheen Golf & Country Club, who has 34 points. Rounding out the top 3 is The Harvest Golf Club's Chad Scott, who has 33 points.

March leader Jeff Palmer of Olympic View Golf Club is now fourth at 29 points, with last year's PDP champion, Dave Zibrik of Capilano Golf & Country Club in fifth place at 27 points.

The highlights of the latest PDP update include many Interior pros who earned points for attending Education Series #3 at The Harvest on March 3 and multiple point requisition requests for education events completed during the first three months of 2014.
