FACT OF THE WEEK
DID YOU KNOW?

Iridia Medical is a Bronze Level Preferred Partner of the PGA of BC and is passionate about its automated external defibrillators (AEDs).

The company got its start after a tragic 1997 mill accident when two staff members collapse and died. Back then, only ambulance attendants and fire rescue personnel had access to AEDs.  This event led Dr. Allan Holmes to found Iridia Medical, a company passionate about broader access to AEDs. AEDs are now a staple at many recreation facilities and have saved many lives.

Iridia would like to be in as many golf facilities in the province and is proud to offer PGA of BC members an exclusive discount on its AED products. Check out the member benefits section of the PGA of BC website for details. For more information, please click here
