ABOUT Canadian Magnetic Imaging

Where to have an MRI is an important decision as not all MRI exams are equal.  CMI provides the critical elements to ensure that your scan is of the highest image quality and is interpreted by Radiologists who are based at internationally respected teaching hospitals and who specialize in the area being imaged.  This combination of technology and professional skill provides you with the diagnostic confidence you require.

CMI's continuing investment in technology and software permits

them to scan beyond routine imaging and allows them to offer dedicated scans capable of focusing on the specific areas of concern.  Their

high-field, 1.5 Tesla, wide-bore open design MRI scanner provides twice the headroom of conventional scanners which significantly increases patient comfort without compromising image quality.

PALSENBARG LEADS PDP HEADING INTO FINAL MONTH

The fight for the 2013 PGA of BC PDP title has entered its final month and while there was little change at the top, there is a dogfight for the sixth and final money-earning spot.

Kelowna Golf and Country Club's Rob Anderson and Myles Johnson of Spallumcheen Golf & Country Club are currently tied for sixth and the $250 that comes with that position.

At the top of the leaderboard, only three points separate the top three point-getters.

Matt Palsenbarg of Northview Golf & Country Club, with 99 points, leads Gleneagles Golf Course's James Presnail by one point while Dave Zibrik of Seymour Creek Golf Centre is only three points behind at 96 points.

PHIL JONAS OFF TO MAURITIUS
Phil Jonas

PGA of BC member Phil Jonas is off to Mauritius in the Indian Ocean very soon for the season finale of the European Senior Tour.

Jonas currently sits 37th on that Tour's Money List heading into the season-ending Tour Championship being held on the remote island nation just off the coast of Africa.

Jonas recently registered his third top-10 finish of his rookie year with a 10th place at the Fubon Senior Open in Taiwan, winning just over the equivalent of $10,464 CDN. Jonas has made more than 42,000 Euros in 12 events and hopes to cash a big cheque in Mauritius, where there is 400,000 Euros at stake.

If Jonas can move into the top 30 of the Dec. 13-15 event, he would be fully exempt for all 2014 European Senior Tour events. Good luck to Phil as he chases his dream.
