PARTNER OF THE WEEK - SIGNARAMA RICHMOND
If you've attended a PGA of BC event this season, you've seen David Newman's work.

Newman's business is Signarama Richmond - the Assocation's preferred signage partner. His team helps businesses achieve their goals by providing customized branding and promotional materials.

Signarama Richmond has helped many local non-profits and charities raised funds through sponsored golf tournaments. They are experts in creating corporate sponsor signage for golf events.

GOLFATHON FOR ALS ACTION
June marks the 9th year that PGA of BC members have lent their golfing muscles in support of the ALS Society of British Columbia. This season's Golfathon for ALS will likely break the $1 million mark - a major milestone!

PGA of BC members at ten golf courses have already played more two thousand holes in support of this season's event - three more courses play their event today, with many more to come before the end of the month.

A special congratulations to Copper Point Golf Club's Scott McClain - Scott aced the 11th on Copper Point's Ridge Course, his 65th hole of the day! Scott's ace is only the third in Golfathon history, but amazingly its the second time that McClain has carded a one during the event. The third ace belongs to Darren Ottenbreit, formerly of Copper Point Golf Club.

PRO-ASSISTANT FIELD FILLING QUICKLY

Black Mountain Golf Club is one of British Columbia's best risk/reward golf courses - the layout and format are sure to produce birdies in bunches, with potential for big moves up (and down) the leaderboard.

Last year's event saw Summerland Golf & Country Club's Tyrel Babkirk and Greg Machtaler reach a scorching -20 total to grab the trophy and the $2,250 winners cheque.
