PH News Update
Dear Beloved Partners and Friends,

Warm greetings from Precious Heritage!

Just recently PH School Team explored Taal Volcano crater during a break in celebration of Teachers’ Day. The trek was tiring but full of fun. The way up and down took them 3 hours by foot. Everyone enjoyed the fellowship, learning new things and best of all, praising God for all His wonderful creations.

Praise be to God for His guidance and protection!
PH Children's Home
This month Precious Heritage family got so affected emotionally with the departure of a child that had been adopted by a Christian family from the United States of America. This is the first placement PH has ever made so far.

Though, everybody had been prepared and counseled, the days before and after the entrustment were indeed heart-breaking as everyone can’t help but cry. But everyone was comforted of the fact that a better life is waiting for her with her family.

The child, Nicholee Anne Piquis had been admitted to Precious Heritage Children’s Home the following day after she was born. The mother’s original plan was to either abort or throw her away to be eaten by dogs but later changed her mind when a neighbour advised her that she can give away the baby to an orphanage. It happened that the neighbor is an acqauintance of PH Program Manager.
PH Community-based Programs
We are very grateful to God for helping us in the rebuilding of Baseco Feeding Center. Through the Lord's faithful provision, we were able to construct a new concrete building to replace the old structure made of wooden materials. Precious Heritage started its ministry here in 2006 by teaching indigent kids with the word of God who live on the streets and depend on getting food from the remains thrown in the trash cans and dumping sites. This time, they can have a safer place to learn and eat clean food at least twice a week.

We praise God for the lives of those who responded and became an instrument of God to make our prayers answered.
PH Christian School
Precious Heritage Christian School in Antipolo joined the Association of Christian School Administrators’ Club (ACSAC) cultural competition last September 8, 2017 where we won as fourth place in over-all awards. The parents who attended the competitions were so proud for their children while seeing their children performing their parts. This event boosted the morale of the children’s involved and developed the relationship between parents and the faculty and administration of our school. It also identified the academic and extra-curricular strength of our school compared to other schools existing within the city.

Precious Heritage Christian School administration is very proud also for choosing us as the official testing center of private schools by the Department of Education for its National Achievement Test (NAT) and National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE).
PRAYER CONCERN
Please help us pray for our plan to construct additional more classrooms required by the Department of Education (DepEd) to grant us license to operate senior high school course (Grades 11-12) in our existing facilities. Lately the superintendent of this government agency evaluated our school faculty and facilities to decide whether we are qualified or not. The visit ended up of the condition that they will only allow us to offer these levels if we can provide two more classrooms to be used as Academic and Laboratory needed. If we can comply these, we can be able to offer full curriculum for Junior and Senior High School next school year. It’s a great testimony how the Lord used every individual to become a channel of blessings to the children that we minister to.

In every circumstance, we always see the blessings of God and for this we give Him glory and honour for all that are being accomplished. It is our joy to see lives touched and heart changed for the glory of God. We continue to thank God also for all those whom God uses to provide the basic needs of the children . We really appreciate every act and deed you extended to these precious children. Together we can make a life-changing experience to the lives of many children in need.

To God be the glory!

In His service,
