Join us to learn how it's good to be YOU as we explore stress-hardiness in a 21st century world. 
In this 4 day 
summer camp opportunity, we will use literature, and movement to explore stress management, breathing strategies, leadership skills, and play to achieve our personal best.  
Ages 5-10
 
Session 1 -- June 30-July 3, 2:00-3:30
Session 2 -- July 28-31, 2:00-3:30

Space is limited; please get your application in early so you can get your desired session!
 The summer camp fee is $75 Early Bird/ $80 after June 1st.
Please make checks payable to Pink Lotus Yoga Center. 
Participants should wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle each day.

Book a Yoga Party

Party yoga is using yoga as a way to bound with a group friends, co-workers, or family. Your yoga party can be customized by length, yoga style, and focus. 

 

Book a Private Session 

Everyone comes to yoga for different reasons. Working one-on-one, the instructor can help you discover your intentions, and grow in your practice. Private works best one-on-one, but can also be successful in small groups.
