VOTE FOR YOUR NEW SECTION LEADERSHIP - Electronic Ballots This Year

The fall season is upon us which means it is election time of year! 

All AWWA members have an opportunity to help select our Section's leadership by voting in the Section election November through December this year. 

NEW THIS YEAR - electronic ballots! All members will receive an email invitation to vote in early November. Members will be asked to enter their Elector ID (email) and Password (last name) which will be verified against the AWWA member database. You will only be allowed to vote once. 

Look for candidate bios in this Fall Water Matters which you will receive in the next few weeks. 
TRI STATE WATER UTILITY COUNCIL MEETING

This year's Tri State Water Utility Council Meeting is scheduled for November 17 at the SeaTac Embassy Suites in Seattle, WA.

The mission of the WUC's is to further the knowledge of the operation and management of water utilities and to promote public policies, legislation, and regulations which ensure an adequate quantity of high-quality potable water at the lowest economic and environmental cost.

As in past years AWWA Legislative staff from the Washington DC Office will be joining us. The meeting will also cover legislative, legal, and local updates from Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. There is no charge for the event but everyone is asked to register in advance.
