Hospitality Suites are Back! - And they are SOLD OUT!  Thursday night everyone is invited to swing by the RH2, MWH/Stantec and Murray Smith and Associates suites located in the convention center.  We will have buses standing by to get everyone back to their hotel rooms after an evening of networking!

Scavenger Hunt Advertising Opportunities - This smartphone Scavenger Hunt runs throughout the conference. For only $750 we can guarantee to drive people to your booth!

  • Drive attendees to your booth! - Take part in the Scavenger Hunt and attendees will have to stop by your booth to receive a code and be entered in the drawing for three fabulous trips!

ACE17 GAVEL PASSING - Meet and Greet Replaced with Wrap Party

Our Section's very own Brenda Lennox will begin her term as AWWA President this June at the conclusion of ACE17 in Philidelphia.

Lennox will accept the gavel at the ACE17 Wrap Party on Wednesday night, June 14 as the association celebrates the conclusion of our annual exhibition.  We want to see a huge turn out from PNWS at this party to support Brenda. Because of this we will not be holding our usual pre-ACE Meet and Greet on Sunday that we have traditionally held. Instead we want to encourage everyone to stick around for the Wednesday evening wrap party at the Fieldhouse!

WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM - A Huge Hit!

More than 160 women attended the annual Seattle Women in Leadership Symposium on February 15. The symposium included several speakers throughout the day, breakout sessions and a panel discussion
followed by a networking reception.

Lisa Windom a Soil and Water Resource Science Graduate Student at Oregon State University attended and had this to say about the fantastic event, "With inspiring key-note speakers and workshops relevant to the interpersonal and professional challenges unique to women in this field, the AWWA creates a safe and innovative space to clear the way for women to reach their goals, increase their reaches of impact, and inspire mentors, regardless the stage in her career. The Women in Leadership conference inspired and effectively transformed my daily intent as a passionate water professional. I undoubtedly encourage engagement in and support for this event. "
