SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, DECEMBER 16, 2016: South Bend's own Cindy Cohen RN, has been nominated for the 2016 Top 100 Health Promotion Professional award. Cindy has been nominated for her contribution over the years in the delivery of wellness programming to the workplace and our community.
The WELCOA DISH award website states
"We want to make sure the best get the spotlight someone who deserves to be recognized as one of the best wellness practitioners this year."
The website site goes on to say "The vision for DISH was to create an opportunity for health promotion practitioners to share their ideas, successes, and latest innovations with others and at the same time get the well-deserved recognition both within the wellness community and the organization(s) they serve." The WELCOA DISH awards were launched in 2014. This is the second year for Cindy Cohen to receive this nomination.
Cindy has lived and worked in South Bend for 26 years. In 2002 Cindy founded C2 Your Health LLC on a mission to inspire healthy living around the world one person at a time.
Cindy has 40 years experience in health care from the bedside to CEO. As a wellness consultant, certified health coach, Cohen is the guiding force behind C2 Your Health LLC and an industry leader helping companies find wellness solutions to fit their specific culture with an injection of fun focusing on employee engagement. Cohen is a sought after national speaker and an accomplished author.

Voting is not the only criteria for winning the WELCOA award however it is one of the criteria considered. VOTING IS NOW UNDERWAY AND WILL BE OPEN UNTIL DECEMBER 17TH, 2016.
