A Protest Rally will be held regarding the treatment resulting in injuries or death of children with disabilities while in Florida's schools, buses and nursing homes.  Persons with disabilities, family members, advocates and representatives of organizations who advocate on behalf of children with disabilities from across the state will converge to express their outrage!
