New Substation to be Named After Sen. Betsy Johnson

Our new substation, to be built near the Scappoose Industrial Airpark, will be named after Sen. Betsy Johnson. Our Board of Directors voted unanimously in favor of the name "Betsy Johnson Substation" at their May 16 meeting.

Sen. Johnson is a driving force for the development slated for the area surrounding the airport.
